Customer Service Telco Network

Service and Maintenance System
Personnel placement for after sales service is currently centered in six major cities, Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Makassar and Surabaya. Telco Network after rent service is conducted in a more proactive way, it means that repairs are conducted before a more serious problem arise. This can be done because Telco Network can be controlled and monitored remotely, with hopes that once a degradation of performance occurs in its operation, it can be detected and handled in time before the system is completely down. The repair system is modular, which means that the field officers will bring the required modules to replace the broken ones, this system will help shorten the time needed for repairs.

Help Desk Service
The current traffic of data can be monitored through the NMS ( Network Management System) in the NOC (Network Operating Centre), includes the condition of Telco Network equipment in each location. This capability enables the customer support of PT. INFOKOMELEKTRINDO to instantly aware of any problems. if any problem occurs, our customer support will contact the location of trouble without delay to give guidance for a simple repair. if this simple repair does not solve the problem our field officer will be sent immediately to the area to conduct a more serious repair.

Field Service
Field service is applied especially for Telco Network located in Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Makassar, and Surabaya,and their immediate area, and will be handled by the branch office in Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Makassar, and Surabaya. The time needed to solve the problem is more or less four hours since the problem is reported or detected on the status monitor in PT INFOKOMELEKTRINDO's office. For areas outside, the four hours' time is counted since the arrival of the technician from our branch office in Jakarta, Medan, Balikpapan, Denpasar, Makassar, and Surabaya to the location, it usually takes less than 24 hours, depending on the transportation condition to the location of trouble.
